Who we are

Executive Functioning Planner is operated by Fawzya Khosti, Executive Function Coach, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the website, planner, shared calendars, reminders, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile information, planner content you create, uploaded files, calendar-sharing details, invitations, group messages, referral activity, subscription status, and support communications. We also process device and notification identifiers needed to deliver reminders.

Location is requested only when you enable a location-based reminder or another feature that needs it. Browser and device settings control that permission. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe; we receive billing identifiers and subscription status, not complete card details.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, store and synchronize planner data, deliver reminders, enable sharing, process subscriptions and referrals, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve service reliability.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, data, files, and backend functions; Vercel for web hosting; Stripe for billing; and email delivery providers for service messages. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.

Sharing and your choices

Planner content is private unless you choose to share it. Shared-calendar permissions determine what invited members can view or change. You can change notification and sharing settings in the planner, revoke browser permissions, remove files, and delete planner items. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information.

Retention and security

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy changes

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
