Terms of Service
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of Executive Functioning Planner, operated by Fawzya Khosti, Executive Function Coach, LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Shared-calendar owners are responsible for the members and permissions they invite.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, included members, renewal period, and current price are shown before checkout or purchase. Payments may be processed by Apple through in-app purchase or by Stripe on the website. Subscriptions renew until canceled through your Apple account subscription settings, the website billing portal, or as otherwise described at purchase. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled by the payment provider and provided when required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of planner content and files you submit. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or share content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate another person's rights, use the service for unlawful activity, or share content you are not permitted to disclose. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.
Service availability
We may update features, security controls, pricing, and technical requirements. We work to keep the planner available and data synchronized, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, Vercel, Stripe, and email providers have their own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The planner is an organizational tool and is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
